The formal keel-laying and naming ceremony for Russia's fourth Project 955 Borey-class ballistic missile nuclear submarine (SSBN), which has been unofficially referred to as the Syvatitel Nikolay ( Saint Nicholas ) since work began on it in 2009, has had to be postponed.
